Jason Windsor

A native of Columbia, Missouri, COL(Ret) Jason Windsor is a graduate of Central Missouri State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After completing four years of ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate, he received his Regular Army commission into the Army Nurse Corps. Jason is a decorated veteran with multiple combat deployments.

Since retiring from the Army, Jason has served in C-level positions at various industry companies. He is currently the Founder and CEO at Belli, LLC, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Prior to starting Belli, he worked as the Vice President and Chief Medical Information Officer in the Federal Health Division at General Dynamics Information Technology. In this role, he supported the P&L mission across all federal and civilian markets to prepare strategic opportunities, identify innovative pathways, and implement operational solutions with successful outcomes.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Maryland. He is a graduate of the Army Medical Department’s Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Critical Care and Emergency Nurse Courses, the Head Nurse Leadership Course, Pre-Command courses, Defense Acquisition University specialty courses, the U.S. Army Combined Arms & Services Staff School, and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Jason is nationally certified in Trauma Nursing from the Emergency Nurse Association, nationally certified in Nursing Informatics from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems from the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. He is a published author and co-investigator on various research projects within the Army Medical Department and Military Health System.
