Bill is the President of AEONRG, LLC, (pronounced eon-r-g) a project management, facility MRO services provider for government clients. Founded in 2012, the company has been awarded over 160 federal and state contracts with all contracts completed on-time, to a high-quality standard and with zero safety incidents. AEONRG’s geographical territory is the eastern half of the United States. Federal clients include the Veteran Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, GSA, Army and Air Force. Awards and distinctions include, 2018 Board of Trustees, National Small Business Association, 2017 Most Responsible Construction CEO USA Business Worldwide Magazine, 2017 Corporate Vision Magazine, CEO of the Month – Construction, 2016 Philadelphia Business Journal, Veterans of Influence, 2015 Montgomery County VIP, 2014 SCORE SB Achievement Award with citations from PA House, Senate, and Congressman Gerlach.

Prior to AEONRG, Bill was a General Manager for Pfizer, Inc for 10 years. His duties were managing the Pfizer Animal Health (PAH), U.S. Operations, Customer Service Center, Exton, PA, that generated over $1.5B in annual revenue.  He is the Founder, PAH National Learning Center. He was the Global Operations (Facilities) M&A Integration’s Lead for four companies acquired by PAH. Bill is retired U.S. Army. His final assignment was The Pentagon, where he served as Director, Army Science Board (ASB). The ASB’s efforts to define the Army’s far futures were recognized in a January 2001 formal ceremony by the Secretary of Defense. He served in Army Acquisition Corps positions such as Executive Officer, Deputy Commanding General, Army Materiel Command, Assistant Program Manager, Abrams Tank Project Office and Contracting Officer, Tank Automotive Command.  The first ten years of his Army career he served in various command and staff positions with Armor combat units both overseas and CONUS.

Bill is a 1981 West Point graduate and received his MBA from Wayne State University. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit, Joint Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Army’s elite Ranger Tab and Airborne Badge.   His outside interests include world travel, cycling and tennis. He was a volunteer, Paul Mango, USMA ’81 classmate for Governor of Pennsylvania, published author, President Emeritus, West Point Society of Philadelphia earning the 2017 Paul Pryor Award – Lifetime Achievement, former Vice Chairman, Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and, former President Chester County Toastmasters and Lionville Middle School PTA. He is married to Ms. Catherine Forkin, founder of Twilight Wish Foundation and together they have 4 children, Jessica, Elizabeth, John and David and one grandchild, Calvin.
