The Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses (FAVOB) is a For Public Benefit Organization (non-profit 501c6) statewide business association that advocates for the success of veteran business owners (VOBs) in Florida. We are a community of over 450 veteran business owners and patriotic members across the state, with chapters in Orlando, Tampa, the Space Coast, Jacksonville, and the Panhandle. Our growing organization creates VOB success by generating revenue for and between its members through our many published success stories.
The Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting is the first-in-the-nation university center to address the business, policy, and regulatory issues in government contracting. Through Research, Education and Training, and Collaboration, the Baroni Center spurs innovation and entrepreneurship for government, industry, and academia to serve the public good.
The HUBZone Contractors National Council is a 501(c)(6) non-profit trade association comprised of a group of companies and organizations working together to improve and support the HUBZone program and small business community. Established in 2000, the HUBZone Council and its members have been proudly supporting the HUBZone Program and the small businesses and communities it supports for over 20 years.
The IVMF at Syracuse University is higher education’s first interdisciplinary academic institute, singularly focused on advancing the post-service lives of the nation’s military veterans and their families to serve those who have served. The IVMF empowers service members, veterans, and their families through actionable research, innovative programs, and insightful analytics.
The National 8(a) Association is a non-profit who’s mission is to provide education and guidance for all aspiring, current and graduate 8(a) businesses. We are also proud to work with HUBZone, SDVOB, SDB, WOSB, DBE, 8(a) Joint Venture, Federal Agencies, Prime Contractors, Industry Professionals, and Business Vendors.
NaVOBA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and two-thirds of NaVOBA’s Board of Directors seats are held by corporations to ensure its alignment with the needs of corporate supplier diversity programs. NaVOBA’s VBE/SDVBE certifications directly mirror those of the MBE and WBE certifications and ensures that any certified VBE/SDVBE is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more U.S. military veterans.
The Veterans In Business (VIB) Network is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that advocates for all Veteran Businesses including SDVOSBs and DVBEs. We help Veteran businesses build connections between Corporations, Government Agencies, and Prime Contractors looking to create partnerships for contracting opportunities.
