Neeraja Lingam is an entrepreneurial and energized businesswoman, dedicated to making a difference for customers and the community. As the founder and CEO of an Information Technology Consulting and Digital Transformation Services organization, she leads diverse teams in overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful value for customers. Under her leadership, she founded and led IndraSoft (See below about IndraSoft), transforming it into a mid-market Government services company that delivered transformative solutions to customer missions.

As a growth-focused CEO, she led the efforts of the growth team, pursuing partnerships and customer relationships, resulting in numerous achievements, including:

  • Opening new markets for IndraSoft in TRANSCOM, DLA, AF, ARMY, and DISA.
  • Winning over 15 strategic IDIQ/MAC/BIC contract vehicle awards, including USAF NETCENTS II, USAF SBEAS, DISA ENCORE III, ARMY ITES3S, DLA JETS, DIA SITE III, CENSUS SEI Project Tier, and CMS SPARC.
  • Generating more than $700 million in revenue during IndraSoft’s existence.
  • Receiving the Greater Washington GovCon Small Business of the Year award.
  • Winning the 2019 FedHealthIT Award for using blockchain to protect the vaccine supply chain.

She is passionate about driving improvement, spearheading change, and continuously learning from her teams, peers, and leading change to achieve explosive growth. As an empathetic leader, she ensures mission results for DoD and Federal Civilian customers and maintains honest and transparent communication with her employees. Her success stems from her ability to assemble great teams and foster relationships and a corporate culture designed to develop and grow the business with strategic and long-term synergies among employees, corporate partners, and customer organizations. Her customer engagement serves as a catalyst for solution development.

Following the sale of IndraSoft, she is now seeking professional opportunities that leverage her experience in leading through complex change, establishing strategies to transform businesses, breaking into new markets, and engaging with customers. She is currently coaching like-minded entrepreneurs to find their way in the Federal marketplace and advising new entrants, both large and small, in the Federal Market to align their sales models with customer engagement. Additionally, she is open to advisory roles on corporate boards as a strategic advisor, offering guidance to organizations aiming for new heights.

Recently, she completed the Harvard Business School AMP program, broadening her perspective to support global operations and gaining insights from other industries and cultures. She also co-founded the Lingam Foundation, which provides support to Abused Women, Teen Education, and Veteran Support Organizations. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and has participated in the Seagull Century ride. She can often be found on the bike trails in Northern Virginia.
