Enterprise Web Conferencing Solution Competion: VETS GWAC Office of CIO

Description: GSA needs to procure services for an Enterprise Web Conferencing system which will allow any GSA employee to host an online meeting, conduct online training, or host large webinars. GSA is currently using a hybrid on-prem/off-prem WebEx Meeting center solution which lacks large meeting and training functionality. Additionally, the existing agreement for GSA’s WebEx system (covered under a 3 year deal as part of VoIP CUWL Pro licensing under contract number )will expire at the beginning of Calendar Year 2014 and would be very costly to keep in place if separately contracted when the 3 year deal expires.
