The NVSBC has partnered with Veratics, an SDVOSB out of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, to create an electronic ordering marketplace for government agencies and commercial enterprises to buy products and services directly from 100% VA-Verified SDVOSBs. This system, called GoVets, has millions of products from over 100 SDVOSBs, and growing.
GoVets makes it easy for commercial enterprises to save money while achieving their supplier diversity goals and managing the risks associated with their supplier diversity obligations. That includes commercial enterprises using GoVets as a way to proactively ensure that they are meeting federal subcontracting requirements. Commercial enterprises realize the public relations and relationship-building benefits of robustly supporting the veteran, disadvantaged, and minority communities.
