The Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) are sponsoring Ginnie Mae’s Fiscal Year 2020 Small Business Outreach Event on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 10:00 am. This will be a Microsoft TEAMS Event.

Ginnie Mae usually has the first or second largest contract budget of all other HUD program offices on the Agency’s yearly Procurement Plan. Therefore, small businesses being able to team with large businesses to accomplish Ginnie Mae’s mission is critical and important, not only to help meet HUD’s yearly small business goals, but its mandatory sub-contracting goals.

This Industry Day will provide businesses a chance to hear from Ginnie Mae’s and HUD’s leadership about Ginnie Mae’s organization, vision and acquisition needs. Additionally, businesses will have an opportunity to meet key Ginnie Mae, HUD and contracting personnel who will be discussing Ginnie Mae’s potential procurement opportunities. We will be providing the agenda and specific instructions on how to participate via TEAMS after registration is completed. The Deadline to register is August 17, 2020.
