FedMall: How DoD Small Businesses Can Purchase & Sell PPE

Are you a small business working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and need a place to buy PPE for your company?
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has created a NEW small business marketplace within FedMall allowing DoD Small Business Contractors to exclusively browse and shop for non-medical PPE and similar material offered by the commercial supplier community. This webinar will help answer questions for interested buyers and suppliers.
SPEAKER: James Mette FedMall Program Manager, DLA J62
Mr. James M. Mette assumed the duties as Program Manager for the FedMall program in April 2019. In this position, he is responsible for the sustainment and development of the Department of Defense e- Commerce solution. Mr. Mette leads a team of 75 civil service and contract employees, providing an online catalog of 63 million items that generate over $300M in annual sales to DoD activities.
Mr. Mette started his career in the corporate sector, working as an Operations Manager for Outback Steakhouse, Marriott International and Swissotel from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, Mr. Mette founded Apex Group which he owned and operated until 2011
