DHS PACTSII recompete

Pre-Solicitation Update for the Recompete of Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Support Services (PACTS) program

The purpose of this posting is to provide an update on the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) current plans to recompete the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) vehicle, hereafter referred to as PACTS II. DHS plans to solicit the services as a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

The DHS, Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is providing an update for the anticipated posting date of the solicitation (RFP) for proposal response. DHS currently anticipates posting the RFP no later than June 10, 2014.
