Raymond O’Neal is a seasoned security professional and proud U.S. military veteran with over 25 years of combined experience in military service, law enforcement, and private sector security operations. As the founder and CEO of Mission Driven Security Solutions LLC, Raymond leads a company built on the core principles of discipline, integrity, and service.

Born with a strong sense of duty and commitment to public safety, Raymond has dedicated his career to protecting communities and empowering others. His diverse background includes high-risk law enforcement assignments, federal security details, and the development of tailored security plans for commercial and residential clients.

Since launching Mission Driven Security Solutions in October 2020, Raymond has focused on delivering dependable, client-focused protection services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Under his leadership, the company has grown to offer armed and unarmed security services, camera system assessments, and strategic security consulting. His goal is not only to provide exceptional service but also to create job opportunities for fellow veterans and underrepresented communities.

Raymond is a certified Act 235 agent, a registered VOSB/SDVOSB business owner, and an active participant in the Syracuse University EBV (Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans) program. He brings tactical expertise, operational leadership, and a mission-first mindset to every engagement.
