Lauren Masters
Special Events Director
Lauren Masters is an experienced event and program professional with a proven track record of leading large-scale events, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships. She brings more than five years of experience across nonprofit, military, and international settings, with expertise spanning event management, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and organizational operations.
Lauren previously served as Development Manager at Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, where she spearheaded donor engagement strategies, led fundraising events, and implemented operational systems to enhance efficiency. Previously, she directed operations for the Kadena Gift Corner in Okinawa, Japan, and coordinated the Single Marine Program with United States Marine Corps Community Services, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and advancing community-building initiatives. A graduate of the University of Vermont with both a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism, Lauren combines business acumen with a passion for community development and impact.
Beyond her professional career, Lauren is a Cross-fit coach and enjoys staying active, mentoring others, and building connections that strengthen her community. She enjoys exploring the outdoors through skiing, surfing, and hiking.
