Irene Glaeser

Colonel (Ret) Irene V. Glaeser is the Chief Executive Officer of Spahr LLC,  a federal contracting IT business.   She also is the Executive Director of joint ventures GenceTek and SpahrTek with large prime TekSynap under the Small Business Administration Mentor Protégé Program.  She is an OIF/OEF veteran and is retired from both the U.S. Army and the federal government. Irene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement from George Mason University; she also holds Master’s Degrees in Public Administration from Webster University and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Irene actively supports both national and local veteran communities and serves on several Boards of Directors: particularly the Cape Fear Veterans Resilience Project and the National Veteran Small Business Coalition. She is passionate about lending her experience to transitioning service members.  Irene chronicles her military journey as a woman in the Army in her book, “Choose Your Battles.”
