As Chief Executive Officer of HeiTech Services, Brandon Muniz leads the company’s modernization efforts, leveraging artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation while maintaining a culture built on trust, service, and long-term relationships.

A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Muniz served on Active Duty and continues to support the veteran business community through organizations such as the National Veteran Small Business Coalition. His final military assignment was with the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), the Army’s official ceremonial unit and presidential escort. During his service, he participated in numerous high-visibility and high-security missions, including the National Memorial Day Ceremony, National Fourth of July Celebrations in Washington, D.C., and a U.S. Presidential Inauguration.

While serving in the military, Mr. Muniz continued his studies in business and leadership, later securing a position supporting the founder of Acquisitions.com. In that role, he helped small and mid-sized organizations implement artificial intelligence and automation strategies to modernize operations and increase enterprise value following acquisitions. He subsequently applied those same principles within the government contracting industry, helping organizations increase efficiency, enhance performance, and deliver greater value to the American taxpayer.

Mr. Muniz is a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) and CompTIA Security+ certified professional. In February 2025, he acquired HeiTech Services and began leading the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. Since assuming the role of CEO, he has increased company headcount by more than 40 percent, expanded organizational capabilities, and overseen numerous strategic growth initiatives across HeiTech’s contract portfolio. Today, he directs a workforce of hundreds of employees supporting critical government missions nationwide.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Mr. Muniz has advised business owners and executives on succession planning, acquisitions, and exit strategies. He is passionate about ensuring that government contracting companies and their employees remain in capable hands as founders transition into retirement, preserving organizational legacies while creating opportunities for future generations.
