Hosted by the National Veteran Small Business Coalition Education Foundation (NVSBC-EF), our local engagement events are structured around a 3-hour time-frame, which includes a meal, training session, and networking. Non-members are welcome to attend at the regular event price and NVSBC members may attend at a discounted price.

Save the Date for VETS26 in New Orleans!

Vets Conference

NVSBC’s premier, annual, multi-day Federal contracting event is focused entirely on business growth and development. The largest conference of its kind in the nation, each year’s VETS Conference is attended by veteran business owners and their executives, large prime contractors, and senior-level representatives from many of the Agencies who purchase services from our veterans.

Veteran Small Business Advocate Awards, November 6, 2025

Awards Gala

Now in its 11th year, the Awards Gala is the only annual event of its kind recognizing Federal Agencies and Federal Contracting Primes that excel in their support of Veteran small businesses. A formal evening event hosted in the DC metropolitan area, the event attracts top Agency officials and business CEOs from the GovCon sector as well as hundreds of Veteran small business owners and their teams.

2026 Finance Symposium-February 25 [562x160]

Finance Symposium

NVSBC’s annual symposium to address the strategies and processes for Veteran owned small business who seek to obtain and leverage business capital. The Symposium hosts finance subject matter experts who share insights tailored the Federal contracting industry, including learning more about start-up capital, steady-state capital, growth capital, or transition capital.

Charity Golf Tournament

Charity Golf Tournament

Traditionally held in the Summer at the Army Navy Club in Arlington, VA, this annual charity event is a perennial sell-out, attracting golfers who represent businesses and agencies across the GovCon industry. Proceeds from the Charity Golf Tournament directly benefit the NVSBC Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Federal Procurement Events

As a resource for growing your federal contracting business, NVSBC regularly posts announcements of events provided by agencies across the Federal government focused on outreach, matchmaking, networking, training, and other business development activities.

DOL OSDBU hosts quarterly virtual sessions to make available information on DOL procurements and other small business-related topics.
