PURPOSE (Mission of VECTOR-IP): To promote the use of the VECTOR IDIQ to VA PDM’s throughout the VA.
MEMBERSHIP: Open to all VECTOR IDIQ prime contract holders. Goal of VECTOR Industry Partners (VECTOR-IP) is to have all VECTOR IDIQ prime contract holders participate in the Forum and help market the IDIQ. Members must agree to the rules of the Forum including providing financial support.
The VECTOR Industry Group (also referred to as VECTOR Industry Partners or VECTOR-IP), in conjunction with SAC-F, will create and provide communications, guidelines, and marketing collateral to promote the VECTOR IDIQ throughout the VA. Basic tenants of the campaign include:
- Participants must be members of the Forum to participate
- Participants must complete the Forum training program
- Visits must be conducted with a least 2 Forum members
- Participants understand they cannot “market” their respective companies
