Information on Debt Ceiling

As Congress and the Administration continue to negotiate how to handle the debt ceiling, many of us are wondering what will happen if no agreement is reached by the August 2, 2011 deadline.  There is no precedent for the U.S. Government having insufficient funds to pay its bills.
