For over a decade NVSBC has recognized leadership in achieving Federal contracting goals with Veteran entrepreneurs through the NVSBC Champion Awards Program. These awards, given to recognize both Federal agency and large government prime contractors for their efforts to meet and exceed contracting goals, have been a regular part of our annual Veteran Entrepreneur Training Symposium (VETS) Conference.
NVSBC is excited to announce that these awards will now be made in conjunction with our newly established NVSBC VETERAN GOVCON AWARDS GALA. The 1st Annual NVSBC Veteran GovCon Awards Gala will include the following NVSBC awards below.

Champion of Veteran Enterprise Award
- Recognizes the federal agencies and large business prime contractors who have met or exceeded the 3% SDVOSB and/or the 8% VOSB contract awards goals for veteran small businesses.

Veteran Small Business Advocate of the Year Award
- Recognizes one federal representative or team and one prime contractor representative or team who went above and beyond in advocating for the VSOBs and SDVOSBs within their agency.

Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Small Business Award
- Recognizes a veteran who owns and operates a successful small business, provides employment opportunities to veterans, and gives back to the veteran community in a substantial and continuous way.
